Keith J. Mallory, President
A lifelong resident of Albuquerque and local real estate expert, Keith has been practicing as a licensed broker in the state of New Mexico since 1985. He attended Sandia High School and the University of New Mexico before beginning his career in real estate. Keith also teaches classes to realtors and closing companies about the ins and outs of seller financing and escrow servicing. In his free time, he dedicates his efforts to the community of St. George Greek Orthodox Church, where he has served as president, vice president, and board member of the parish council for the last 20 years.
Sandra L. Mallory, Vice President
Sandra joined her husband after retiring from the Department of Veteran Affairs Cooperative Studies Program (VACSP). She worked her way up from Computer Assistant to Public Affairs Specialist. Expertise in developing efficient processes and managing people were her key assets at VACSP. Sandra’s mastery of administrative responsibilities, public affairs and Information Technology has brought a greater level of security and reliability to the operations of American Escrow. She attended West Mesa High School and The University of Phoenix where she received her bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Database Administration.
Renee D. Maestas, Senior Escrow Account Manager
Renee has been with American Escrow almost since its founding. A lifelong resident of New Mexico, Renee has spent decades perfecting her understanding of owner-financed real estate and the complexities of servicing those types of transactions. Her depth of knowledge and years of practical experience have made her uniquely qualified to handle the day-to-day operations of escrow servicing.
Ashley M. Pendell, Senior Escrow Officer/Closing Specialist
Ashley is the daughter of Keith and Sandra, and she joined American Escrow while attending college at the University of New Mexico in 2006. She is extremely detail oriented and highly proficient in the intricacies of owner-financing and escrow servicing. With a bachelor's degree in economics and a real estate broker’s license, there isn’t much Ashley can’t help with regarding your owner-financed transactions.
Sean M. Mallory, Senior Escrow Officer/Closing Specialist
Sean is the son of Keith and Sandra and has been with American Escrow since 2010. He became a licensed real estate broker in 2013. Sean is quite skilled at building lasting relationships with investors and clients. He works hard at learning each customer’s specific owner financing needs to ensure they become a lifelong client. Sean attended the University of New Mexico where he received his bachelor’s degree in history and was a student body government senator.
HISTORY
American Escrow Company was incorporated in the state of New Mexico in August of 1982. Our company was founded by a father and son team, Harry and Keith Mallory, to service the escrow needs of the community. 35+ years later, American Escrow is still a family-run business, helping New Mexicans with their owner-financed transactions and escrow needs.
